Marina, a middle-aged woman, tries to support her family and endure all the heaviness of life in the post-industrial city and be the sole breadwinner. She sweeps the streets of the Armenian capital, and at dawn, in Yerevan, Marina finishes sweeping and takes the bus back to her home in Charentsavan, a 40-minute drive away. She lives trying to juggle a disabled husband, a retired stepmom and four children. At the end of the film, we have an intimate and rounded portrait of a person who does not work and who lives in Charentsavan, a city to the glory of yesteryear, but now experiencing high unemployment.
